What do the different subscriptions include? Will there be single-day tickets? Subscriptions include access to the specified festival days and overnight camping. 2-day and 3-day season tickets are available, as well as single-day tickets. Purchase your ticket here.
Are they refundable? No, tickets are not refundable. You can resell tickets only and exclusively through our DICE reseller.
Are they nominal? In case I cannot attend how can I give the ticket to someone else? The tickets are nominal. To change names or for resale you can only and exclusively contact the dedicated DICE service.
Where can I purchase them? You can purchase your ticket at DICE.
Can tickets be purchased at the box office? Yes, only if there is availability. Please remember that capacity is limited and pre-sale is the only way to be sure of getting in: in fact, in case of sold out, you will no longer be able to enter the festival.
Can tickets be purchased with the 18app bonus? It is not possible to purchase tickets with the 18app bonus.
I am a person with disabilities, can I access the festival? Of course, you can also bring a companion with you who will not pay for a ticket. Email lab@lostmusicfestival.com to let us know your situation and we will try to do what we can to accommodate your requests.
Can I purchase a subscription without camping? No subscriptions will be offered for sale without camping. Camping is a service offered by the festival for those with at least a 2 or 3-day subscription and there is no additional cost. Festival users are free to choose whether to use camping or not.

Electronic Wristbands All payments will be cashless. At the festival, you’ll use an electronic wristband that holds your credits. You can top up your wristband either at physical locations within the festival (with a card or cash) or through the official Lost Music Festival app (card only). There is no activation fee for the wristband, and it can be reloaded in increments of €5. EcoCups will be used during the festival to reduce waste. A €2 deposit will be charged when you purchase your first drink, which will be refunded when you return the EcoCup at the refill stations.
Refunds At the end of the festival, you’ll be able to request a refund for any unused tokens through the official Lost Music Festival app. The refund service will be available to anyone with a balance ranging from €5 to €100. Refunds will be processed by the end of August.
Will water be distributed for free? Water will be provided free of charge from dispensers installed in various areas. Everyone is free to bring their own empty water bottle, while plastic bottles will only be accepted if purchased within the festival.
What cannot be brought inside the festival? No food or drink that has not been purchased within the festival, blunt objects, weapons or illegal substances may be brought in. Regulations camping here.
Is a checkroom service provided? No checkroom or locker service is provided.
Are food areas planned? Yes, there will be a food area within the festival with several food trucks and bar stations with vegetarian, vegan and celiac options. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served.
Is it allowed to bring food from home? No, bringing food from home is not allowed.
Are animals allowed? No, they are not allowed.
Is it possible to exit and re-enter the festival area during the 3 days? As long as the wristband is valid, free exit and entry from the festival is allowed.
Is it possible to access the labyrinth at night? Yes it is possible, but until 2:00 am. After that its gates will be closed until the next morning.
What is to be done in case of rain? In case of rain, performances are guaranteed, however, there will be no coverage on the audience. We recommend that you bring galoshes, umbrellas and rain jackets.
I would like to collaborate as a volunteer: how do I do it? Applications are currently closed, but each year we announce a call for all volunteers who would like to participate in the festival. Follow us on social media to stay updated.

Who has access to the campsite? Access to the campsite is reserved only for those who have purchased a 2-day pass or a 3-day pass. You will not be able to add it to a single-day pass, even if you have two single-day passes. Click here to find out the full regulations.
How far is the camping site from the venue? The campsite is located inside the venue.
What does the campground include? A space to set up your own equipment and access to all basic amenities, such as the reception desk, restrooms, and showers, as well as charging stations for electronic devices. There is also a harm reduction center open all night.
Will there be shaded areas in the campsite? The campground has a spacious natural shade area. Additional shade structures will also be installed.
Access Access to the campsite is allowed only to 2-day or 3-day festival pass ticket holders.
Registration To register, you must go to the campground reception desk with your 2- or 3-day pass, a photocopy of your ID, and the completed registration form.

Tents Each 2-day or 3-day pass ticket holder is entitled to a camping area of about 3x3m. Several people may occupy one space with one tent, but all must be 2-day or 3-day pass ticket holders.
Facilities and Services Within the campground, areas will be set up with showers, restrooms, drinking water, and device charging stations. The campground is also a short distance from the food court, which is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is essential to use these facilities respectfully, following the hours, conditions, and instructions provided on-site.
Electricity Both the camping area and facilities are partially lit. Electrical power connections are available at the campground service area. Electricity generators and sound equipment are not allowed to be introduced and used in the camping area.
RV / Car / Motorcycle Vehicles and trailers are not permitted inside the campground. A parking lot is available in front of the festival’s main entrance.
Prohibitions It is strictly forbidden to introduce glass bottles or containers and cans within the entire event area and to light fires.It is not allowed to introduce and market beverages. Animals are not allowed to enter the camping area. It is essential to behave in a respectful manner toward nature and other campers. Accreditation or, if already accredited, stay will not be allowed to those who present themselves in a serious altered state and/or demonstrate inappropriate, aggressive, antisocial, offensive behavior etc. No illegal substances are allowed. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to be accredited in camp.
Chill-out Area Open nightly from midnight to 10 a.m. the following day, Friday through Sunday [inclusive]. Dedicated harm reduction services and mental health support will be available, including the distribution of tea and herbal teas.
Box of Tangerine The Box of Tangerine collective will be performing in the central area of the campground on Saturday and Sunday from 9AM to 9PM.

Hours The festival will open at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, and at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday, respectively. Holders of 3-day passes who are still at the campground on Monday will have until noon to check out.
